Do Credits expire?

• Initial Credits on Free plans do not expire.
• Credits received purchasing DorLab Tier (Starter, Pro or Enterprise) expire after the end of your subscription period (monthly or yearly). Pending on your chosen package. For example, Credits granted for a monthly subscription tier are valid for 30 days from the start of the subscription.
• Purchased Top-Up Credits from One-Time Credit Packages expire within 1 month. Unused Credits expire after one month.

How many Credits come with my plan?

• The number of Credits you receive depends on your selected subscription tier. After a successful payment, you will receive the specific amount of Credits in your account.
• Credits are added to your account at midnight CET after your subscription renewal is paid. If your subscription payment is processed after midnight CET, Credits will be added to your account the next time the clock reaches midnight CET.

What happens when I run out of Credits?

Once you've used all your Credits, you will not be able to generate further images with our services.

To regain access, you can:

• Purchase One-Time credit packages without changing your plan.
• Wait for your priority Credits to reset in the next billing cycle.

Note: Purchasable One-Time credit packages are not available for Free users.

How do I upgrade my plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time, but the subscription change will be applied after your current subscription period ends:

• For monthly subscribers, the upgrade takes effect at the beginning of the next month.

How do I know what my billing date is?

Your billing date is the day of the month on which you first initiated your plan. For monthly subscribers, this is also the day that you will receive your monthly subscription charge. You can find your billing date by clicking the user icon in the top right corner and selecting "Manage your plan."

Can I cancel my plan?

Yes, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. You will be able to use all the benefits and features of your plan until the end of your billing period, and you won't be charged again after that. You must cancel your subscription before the end of your current billing period. If you do not cancel your sub 14 days before the end of a subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew.

Can I have a refund?

All generations in Credits Mode cost Credits regardless of the outcome or whether you choose to download the output. Generative image technology is still developing, and results may not always match your expectations. Due to the experimental nature of generative video, we are unable to return Credits for unsatisfactory generations.

What happens if I have a generation error?

If a generation error occurs that is not due to a server error on the eventstation.ai side, please contact our support team (info@thedorbrothers.com).

What payment methods do you support?

We process all payments through Stripe, which accepts credit or debit cards issued by networks like Mastercard, VISA, or American Express. PayPal and other digital wallets are not available at this time.

Does the price include tax?

No, prices exclude tax. If applicable, tax is added at checkout based on your billing address. We don't charge sales tax in some regions but may adjust this based on tax obligations. Any changes will apply to future invoices.

Do you offer discounts or free trials?

We don't offer discounts or free trials for subscription plans. However, our free tier includes 10 free Credits per week.

Are my image data stored?

In the current webapp version 1.0, we do not store any kind of image data. Any image files that are not downloaded and saved properly on your device, are irretrievably lost. Data cannot be recovered.

Do you use my image data for training?

No, we do not store nor use any of your data for training purposes.
